For all online orders processed with a credit card and verified, your order will take approximately one to two weeks for us to process. This is dependant on time of year, i.e. holidays and special sales. You must allow for mailing time after this period.

For all orders that are sent in via our online order form or our printed catalog via regular standard mail, your order will take approximately four to six weeks from the time of you dropping it in the mailbox. This has to allow for the time of your mail coming to us. You must then allow for mailing time back to you after this period.

Exception: Due to fraud and unknown circumstances, electronic downloads are non-refundable except on case-by-case basis.
